The Food Network probably allowed this to be posted on their site because Bourdain is obviously drunk, which should only make him look bad. What they don't realize is that he'd say the same things stone cold sober.
HAHA! I wish they hadn't bleeped him . . . as revolting as he is, Anthony Bourdain is damn entertaining! Cursing and drunkenness aside, I'm a little sad that he's lost his edge a bit recently . . .
What a funny interview! I just love Tony Bourdain. Straight shooting. I have to admire that, even if I don't always agree with everything he says about food...Also, I wanna be this amateur chef guy! What a great gig! Really shows you what blogging can do for you!
