Thanks for these roundups. I'm hoping to roast a whole pig this summer, and I'm testing all kinds of bbq sauces so I can narrow them down to a few for the roast. And anything Asian is a bonus. I already have your black bbq sauce on the list to try.
Mmm...pig! I recommend Steven Raichlen's BBQ Bible sauce book for lots of other good ideas.
