To make up for the black bean brownie experiment, I made some banana bread, using my favorite recipe. I've been eating it for breakfast all week - it's good stuff! Nice and moist, not too rich or sweet, with lots of nuts (I used both pecans and walnuts).Do you have a favorite banana bread recipe? Or one for any other quick bread, for that matter?
