BBQ at B&O

Doing Ribs Right - A barbecue demonstration by Chef Dunklin and cocktail pairing from Brendan Dorr of B&O American Brasserie

What: Gather ‘round—we’re firing up the barbecue! Executive Chef Thomas Dunklin shows you how to prep ribs effortlessly, cook them perfectly, and create delicious side dishes to complement the main dish. Head bartender Brendan Dorr is on hand with a spark of his own, as he demonstrates how to make a cocktail that pairs well with barbecued food. Attendees will learn how to recreate a restaurant-quality meal that they can use throughout the summer months. All guests will receive a bag of flavored wood chips and recipes from Chef Dunklin.
