Don't kill me for this but I watched the episode and while I wasn't paying attention to the name of the contestant (didn't realized this was Jill), I personally did think her defense was lame - she seem to think that just because she used an ostritch egg - that pretty much cover the base for "uniqueness" but as one of the other judges said - it also has to be how it tasted.
I liked the risk she took. It was a bigger one than most took and I wish the judges had AT LEAST recognized that. It seems as if Ariane, poor low self-esteem Ariane, will be the person that hangs on even though she probably shouldn't. And she seems like a nice person and all so you don't even get to hate her for it.

Thanks for the interview link, Minx...
Q: What’s next for you?
A: I’m going to buy an ostrich farm."
LOL - If you ever run into Jill, tell her I thought that was a great response.
